Our phone bill looked a little bigger than usual this month, so I thought I would finally take the time to try to figure it out. I lasted about 30 seconds — and went right into a coma.

I’m all for improving customer service, but the surveys coming after the sales or service event are getting out of hand. And now it seems they are starting to harass you if you don’t respond.
Wow, there are so many credit cards with so many offers these days. And some are pretty good deals (I think). Who can figure out which are the best, and how many cards can you carry around?
