So many restaurants are short-staffed these days, so it can take awhile to get service. Sometimes the staff at our senior living restaurant have to work really hard to get all the tables covered, and we appreciate their efforts, but…..

We are living in an age when many businesses do not a full staff to provide their goods and services. Restaurants are having the toughest time and their customers aren’t too happy about it.

Here at our senior living community, we have a Happy Hour every week. And we’re not talking drinks at half price, they’re free! (OK, so we pay for them in our rent.)

Our immediate family was able to go out and celebrate my wife’s birthday just before the big storm hit. It had been a full year since we had been to a restaurant, and need-less-to-say, we had a wonderful time!
