I had a tough week. I purchased a new printer and it’s not working. So I have been on the phone for hours with HP technical support in India, Puerto Rico and Albania!

It seems everywhere you go these days, they want you sign up for their card — to save you money. How are we supposed to carry all of them? Women have their purses, but what’s a guy to do?
I’m all for improving customer service, but the surveys coming after the sales or service event are getting out of hand. And now it seems they are starting to harass you if you don’t respond.
Wow, there are so many credit cards with so many offers these days. And some are pretty good deals (I think). Who can figure out which are the best, and how many cards can you carry around?
